A Big Weekend

Missy learned to finger weave only a few days ago. She taught Alex to finger weave. Now we finger weave whenever we can.

Alex, Matt, Ethan

(They came in second place out of five teams.) The judges were particularly impressed with the creativity of their machines and gave them a Spirit of DI Award for thinking "outside the box". I am so proud of them.

It was an exhausting day. As we pulled out of the parking lot we saw this ---
