I'm going to have to blog about Chicago for awhile. There was so much!
Installment #1
After we checked into our hotel, we popped up the Hancock Tower. While there we also ate outside and checked out a giant 4-story bookstore and the American Girl Store, which were both really big, and both really made you want to buy stuff. We eventually gave in on the books, but we stuck it out on the doll front. It took a few days for Melissa to her normal self. I almost thought we were going to have to rethink her whole birthday gift plan.

The next day we walked through Millennium Park. It took some time. Wow!

(That little solitary guy is Alex.)
We took a cool, but hot (ha! ha!) boat tour and saw many buildings, including this one. It is Alex's favorite Chicago building. Alex calls it the "Wolf Building" because he thinks it looks like a wolf's head. But what is it really? Can you help?
