Another Pet?

Our lawn is the latest casualty of Melissa's love for animals.

She has a new pet...snail. She kept him alive in a margarine tub in our garage for a week. She filled the tub with leaves and stuff, and she attached a water bottle through the top. It worked pretty well, but Melissa had an idea for a better home.

Today she, along with her friend Katie, realized this newest dream.

I think the snail's name is Snelly. Looks like he's here to stay.

Now she wants to move him into her room.
